Efficiency at the Core
Seedling troughs are fed with nutrient-rich water, tailored to the plants’ needs. The system automatically monitors and adjusts nutrient levels, dosing as needed. Water flows past the roots and is recirculated back to the reservoir, which is kept full with an automated refill system.
Two Ebb & Flow troughs support over 4,480 seedlings, each with its own irrigation, lighting, and camera system. Above them, an ergonomic work table features a snap-in plant panel interface for quick transplanting and harvesting. Overhead, the Riser provides a convenient resting place for seed trays and houses an integrated LED and speaker system to assist users during key tasks.
Modular Systems
Designed for ease of use and manufacturing, the CORE systems can be assembled as stand alone units before being mounted together. Allowing for multiple product SKU’s with interchangeable systems.
